Do you wonder ?

Do you wonder where you came from
Do you wonder where your roots are buried
Do you wonder what it felt like
When your father's father stepped into this country?

Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the great deed of a good man.

Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the honor your name carries...

Do you wonder where you came from
Do you wonder why your smile's so charmin'
Do you feel great-grandma's breath
Cool your brow during a hot summer mornin'

Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the great deed of a good man.

Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the honor your name carries...

Do you wonder where you're going
Do you wonder if you'll be remembered
Have you told your kinsmen stories
So they pass along the family glories

Cuz Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the great deed of a good man

Cattle die, kinsmen die
I know one thing never dies
That's the honor your name carries, carries on.
