Gebo

I laid down my burdens
before the welcome Fire
I sat a while and joked
With the man who smiled
We talked of loss and love
We sang, we drank, we spoke
And through it all He listened
To every word and note
I laid my burden at His feet
He lay some at mine
For Gebo is found between us all
Human and Divine
