Seidkona
Close my eyes and breathe
As the galdr song grows to a swell
This is my journey
This is the path I must take
I was chosen
I died, and was reborn
To do just this
Here, now
Would you know more, or what?
I hold the secrets of the ancient ones
I keep the mysteries of the future
All comes together in the present time
Dancing in the spiral
To the drum of my heartbeat
As I sit upon the pedestal
And let it all unfold, enfold
All around
For I hear the call of the others
It is to them I belong
Shaman they call me, seidkona
Seething between worlds
To see and know truths within truths
Of Gods and the dead
Landvaettir, alfar, jotnar, and fylgia
Beyond lore, beyond dogma
I touch the multifaceted jewel of reality
And make it so that my tribe may understand
I pass through dimensions
And altered states
I dare to dream
I dare to believe
