Sommer

These fields we till, our fathers knew,
This sun the sun they saw,
The land wights whisper in our ears:
The wild hunter´s home; we thaw.

Cakes and ale are farrowed here
To Thor - to Frey - to wight
We feed the land our fathers fed
As summer brings the light.
