The Hammer's Dance

Behold the Hammer's fiery dance!
It streaks across the evening skies
Majestically as the Goats prance
Before the chariot Thor drives.

Mjolnir's blow makes thunderous cries
As its strike does righteously tear
Through another thurse who denies
The Hammer's strength when brought to bear.

The girdle the Thunderer wears
Gives Him the power forever
To toss the Hammer far and near.

The Hammer is fast and clever;
It shall always out-wit its foes
And force them into their last throes.
