The Litany of Breath
Fashioned on Frank Herbert’s “Litany Against Fear”
I must breathe.
Breath is the mind-calmer.
Breath is the önd that brings life.
I will breathe the önd.
I will permit it to flow through me and out of me.
And when it has gone out I will turn the inner eye to see its paths.
Where the önd has gone there will be clarity…The Divine will remain.
