~ Poetry by me ~

Auld Lang Syne           Auld Lang Syne MP3

Should old aquaintance be forgot
And never brought to mind?
We'll share our mead and memories
Of times that have gone by.

Chorus:
For auld lang syne, my friends,
For auld lang syne;
We'll share a horn of mead, my friends,
For auld lang syne.

As we have sojourned here awhile,
So we must part again,
And may the Gods keep each of you
Until we meet again.

Chorus

We wander far by Sunna's ray
And by fair Mani's shine;
We'll raise our horns again someday
For auld lang syne.

Chorus

As each of us now walks his way,
We bid a fond farewell;
We'll meet beyond the Rainbow Bridge,
Beside the Tree and Well.

Chorus
