Arminius

Battle-strong Arminius
Urges his oath-folk forward
Running to ground Rome´s legions
Nine times his own strength, and one more.

Rome´s battle-hardened soldiers
On their own swords are falling
Men far from Caesar´s city
Embrace death in the forest.
