Freya

Freyja, I sing to thee:
My goddess of love and beauty.
To the lady of war and fertility
I sing.

Freyja, golden tears you cry
You keep half the slain,
who were chosen to die.
In falcon shape flying high above,
Freyja, my goddess: to thee I sing my love.

Freyja, I sing to thee:
My goddess of love and beauty.
To the lady of war and fertility
I sing.

Freyja, coaxing you need not,
You choose those you love,
and with love your necklace bought.
The mighty falcon overcomes the dove.
Freyja, my goddess: to thee I sing my love.

Freyja, I sing to thee:
My goddess of love and beauty.
To the lady of war and fertility
I sing.
