Red, Red, Red I Like to Wear My Clothing    Red, Red, Red... MP3 (1,1 MB)
Tune: "Grün, grün, grün sind alle meine Kleider", German folk song

Red, red, red I like to wear my clothing,
Red, red, red is everything I have.
And if you ask me why I like this color,
It´s because the beard of Thor is red.

Gold, gold, gold I like to wear my clothing,
Gold, gold, gold is everything I have.
And if you ask me why I like this color,
It´s because the hair of Sif is gold.

Green, green, green I like to wear my clothing,
Green, green, green is everything I have.
And if you ask me why I like this color,
It´s because the fields of Frey are green.

Blue, blue, blue I like to wear my clothing,
Blue, blue, blue is everything I have.
And if you ask me why I like this color,
It´s because the cloak of Odin´s blue.

...and for all "Goths" out there, the unofficial last stanza by Eric Schwenke,
to be sung in minor mode, slowly and with a sense of doom!

Black, black, black I like to wear my clothing,
Black, black, black is everything I have.
And if you ask me why I like this color,
It´s because one half of Hel is black.
